Elfin Around

 So while we were gone to Dothan for Thanksgiving we had a visitor stop by our house.  Our family elf named Rufus came to stay with us and has been getting into lots of mischief.  So you see, he watches the family during the day and then at bedtime he goes back to North Pole to report to Santa on our behavior.  Well, its when he comes back that he loves to reek havoc on our house.  He has strung toilet paper all over the bathroom, he has taken clothes out of drawers, he has dumped Christmas parade candy all over the floor, he got into the printer and made copies of himself all night, and then came the most extreme thing yet........he got into Chris' diet mt. dew and stole his truck and ran it into the tree in our front yard (thank goodness there was no damage).  Well, Chris was furious with Rufus so he taped him to the cabinet as if he were in lock down for all of his adventures.  So for payback to taping him to the cabinet....Rufus took all of our tape and draped it from the ceiling fan and was doing acrobat stunts.  Well.....you know the ceiling fan will not run now because it has tape wrapped around the motor....Who got who back?????I am not really sure on that one.  Regardless, we are having lots of fun with our new found friend, but mommy can't wait for him to go back on Christmas Eve and not return until next year 8-)
